Today marks the start of Climate Week, an initiative which reminds us of our impact on the planet and the need to reduce our collective carbon footprints. Climate Week organizers are looking to spread the word with the release of eco-friendly T-shirts for men and women.
The Eley Kishimoto designed T-shirts are organically and ethically made using power generated from wind and solar energy. This unique production approach ensures the carbon footprint created by the manufacture of these T-shirts is on average 90% smaller than that of regular T-shirt production.
I love bikinis. My favorite place to shop for bikinis is Amazon. You'll find on Amazon a great variety of high quality bikinis. Many of them from recognized brands.
There's one that has become my favorite, which is the ESONLAR Women's Sexy Plunging V Neck Bathing Suit. Mainly because it feels so smooth and soft and how well it flatters the body.
But there's 2 other ones that are great alternatives, the HYPERFIRE Women's Sexy Criss Cross Halter Bathing Suit and the CUPSHE Women's One Piece Swimsuit Sexy Deep V Neck Bathing Suit.
Kishimoto says his funky print features the tree of life, a motif present in many cultures around the world. The patchwork looking pattern reminds us of the care and attention needed to preserve the planet.
The Climate Week T-shirts have already enjoyed support from many eco-minded celebrities, including singles KT Tunstall and Eliza Doolittle, actresses Lily Cole and Gillian Anderson, and model Jade Parfitt.
Funds raised from the sale of the tees will benefit the Environmental Justice Foundation. The T-shirts are available from Tesco stores and online for just £10. Just remember to wash your T-shirt in a cold water wash and line-dry it to reduce your own carbon footprint!
