South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are generally cautious of collaborations, according to Marc Jacobs president Robert Duffy, but it seems the charitable nature of the project won them over. To ensure the tees remained true to their design vision they took an active role in the production process.
“They were so involved, to the point of wanting to know the texture of the T-shirt and how thick the paint is on the silk screen,” Duffy explained.
