Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is determined to make the most of her 15 minutes of fame with the launch of a collection of summer footwear.
The Jersey Shore star has already released Happy Feet slippers through her company Snooki Enterprises, so I suppose flip flops and wedge sandals are the next logical step. Snooki fans aren’t likely to be disappointed by these beach-ready shoes, as they’re just as flamboyant as the reality TV star. Think sequins, leopard print, and the completely bizarre pickle signature pattern pictured.

The summery shoes aren’t my cup of chai, but at least the prices are right. They’ll start from a bargain basement $15 and top $50 for the top-of-the-range shoes. That’s a lot cheaper than most celebrity designed lines, but then again, Snooki’s a bit cheaper than your average celebrity.
Snooki seems confident about the success of this line, and is already planning another footwear collection for spring break 2012. She’s also planning to expand her range of shoes into a complete line of lifestyle goods, with handbags, sunglasses, sportswear, lingerie, fragrances, bedding, and heaps more. It doesn’t sound like Snooki’s star is fading any time soon, despite the wishes of her detractors! Would you put Snooki shoes on your feet?
