Tori Praver’s added some interesting details which help separate the Shyla from run-of-the-mill triangle bikini tops. Trios of cords on each side run up to form the single braided straps. Tori Praver knows these unusual straps are the Shyla’s crowning glory, so she keeps the rest of the bikini top simple. This allows the feature to enjoy its time in the sun.

The Shyla isn’t a bikini top for everyone though. While many designers create swimsuits with enhancing features, Tori Praver believes we should rely on our natural assets. And so she doesn’t provide any padding in the cups, or add underwire to the bust. The model pictured seems to pull it off, but if you don’t have her figure the Shyla may not be the swimsuit for you.
Not all Shylas are created equally either. The style is available in some outlandish neon colors and busy prints, but I think this merlot hue is the pick of them. While this shade might not be as youthful or exciting as its stable mates, it should endure over several summers. When a bikini top costs a hefty $105, longevity is so important.
